Below is the process for Tmos, a power transistor which is consists of 3 layer of metal layer from Titanium, Chrome and Silver respectively by using a CV14 Power cabinet consists of 10KV. High vacuum chamber running with Cryo Pump with sophidicated deposition controller. It really needs experienced and skillful members to conduct the installation.
